Is playing games a problem for me?

Can gaming be a problem?

For most kids gaming is not a problem and can be really fun.

But for some kids gaming can start to cause some trouble in their life.

How much is too much gaming?

Playing video or online games some of the time can be ok.

But too much gaming may start to cause some problems.

What problems can gaming cause?

It can cause problems with important stuff, like friends, family, school work and your health.

What to look out for

Fighting more with your friends or family.

Feeling really upset when you can’t play.

Not getting enough sleep or having trouble with school work.

Not doing other things you used to enjoy.
