Traumatic experiences

A few years ago I went through some really traumatic experiences. I had no one to talk to coz i didn't want them to know. I only opened up this year to Kids Helpline and i talked my way through what had happened. i want to thank Kids Helpline coz they helped me through a lot of problems that i was facing in my life and i am still keeping in regular contact with them.
