FB led to sexting

I was talking to one of my mates on fb one day and we had been talking for hours and some how we got onto the topic of sex which led to sexting each other. After a while he was making me send photos and threatening me if I said no.
After I while I gave in and sent the photos and I wasn't happy with myself. I started to feel dirty. Then one day he just stopped talking to me. I thought I must have done something wrong or that I wasn't pretty and beautiful enough for him. I started hurting myself and hardly ate anything. Then after finally talking to the counsellors on Kids Helpline I realised that I shouldn't be blaming myself. I should be proud of who I am and leave my mistakes in the past.
