Worried about friend

Well, I have a disability and I'm in a support unit, and I was worried about my friend who has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair, he also cannot talk. He has this really mean and cranky aid. He has 3-4 aids in general but this cranky lady in particular is his main aid and she is really horrible to him! I am worried about him very much, so I rang Kids Helpline and the counsellor I talked to was very friendly and cool.
I told her what was happening and she gave me some good advice about what to do about it because down in my support unit they do not take stuff like bullying seriously, so there was not much use telling a support teacher. So I will tell a nice mainstream teacher I know and hope she can help. I really liked the way Kids Helpline deals with things and I will be calling them again to tell my counsellor how it is all going.
