Boyfriend pressuring me

Just recently my boyfriend started to talk about sex with me a lot. After a while he really started pressuring me. I didn't think it was rape because he was my boyfriend and I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want him to leave me. I was scared and confused. I couldn't even look in the mirror without feeling disgust.
After a couple of weeks, I built up the courage to ask Kids Helpline (I heard about it doing a school project) and they helped me to believe that it wasn't me who was disgusting, but my boyfriend. They convinced me to talk to him about it and when he refused to respect my feelings, I dumped him.
I don't regret my decision, because I know that he deserved it and that I should get more out of my life. THANK YOU KIDS HELPLINE! :)
