Our Counsellors
Kids Helpline counsellors are professionally qualified and trained to work with young people.
We employ approximately 100 counselling staff, who work around the clock helping young people with their problems.
Counsellors answer calls from all around Australia.
Our counsellors support young people by:
- Listening
- Seeking to understand what is happening
- Helping you to express how you're feeling
They also help young people find other relevant services and support when needed.
