Caught in the middle (11 year old female)
About 2 weeks ago I was in a big mess with my family. My parents split up and divorced and they keep on fighting. Me and my big brother hated each other and we wouldn't talk to each other, so life was getting hard. I was always in the middle of things. I was always the blame. My mum and dad and brother all hated me. They yelled and screamed at me, and that's when I called Kids Helpline.
They talked to me and gave me advice that would stop it, so now I feel so much better. I talked to them and now we get along. Me and my brother talk and have fun again and my mum and dad are dating other people and going there separate ways. So call Kids Helpline - they help, they listen. Thanks Kids Helpline!
