Tough Times

Talking to someone

There are times in everyone's lives when things aren't going that well. At those times, often all we can do is try to look after ourselves and do our best. Remember that it is not your job to fix big problems, but you can always reach out for help. Talk to someone who can work out ways to help deal with the problem.

If you feel like you need to talk you can call Kids Helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1800 55 1800, and our counsellors can help you to find a way to get you through tough times.
