What can you do?
Sometimes you can fix a problem by talking about it, like if you are fighting with your brother or sister. At other times, the problem can't really be fixed, like when you have to move away from your friends because your mum or dad got a job in a different place. Part of growing up is learning about how to look after yourself when things are tough. Being able to look after yourself helps you feel okay even if you have a big problem to deal with.
