Looking after your body is important

You only get one body so you need to look after it the best you can. Eating healthy food and getting lots of exercise will help to keep your body strong and help you feel good about yourself.

Bodies grow and change as we get older

As we get older all sorts of changes happen to our bodies. Sometimes those changes can be exciting and sometimes they can be scary - especially if you aren't sure what's happening or the things that are happening are faster or slower than your friends.

It's a good idea to talk to someone about the changes and what to expect. Who would you talk to about those things?
