Web counselling is for Australian kids aged 5 - 25. Please view our Who else can help section if you need help and don't fit this criteria.
If you have contacted Kids Helpline before, you can connect with the same counsellor again if you want to. Ask your counsellor to give you the times that they are available, or if you haven't contacted for a while, you can ask if your counsellor is still available.
