Connect
When you connect to web counselling, you can tell how many kids are in line ahead of you, waiting to talk to a counsellor.
When you see the message 'You are first in line', you will be answered next. Web sessions can take up to an hour, so you may still need to wait a while, even when you see this message.
Remember, if you need to talk to someone straight away, you can call Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800.
